Put it on your 2008 calendar!

The Tenth Annual Channing Auction will be from 6 to 9 p.m.,
Saturday, February 23rd
at the Owen Brown Community Center

We can make the auction successful by having a large pool of bidders/buyers. Alert your family members and friends to put the date on their calendars too! The auction site will feature decorations and activities around around a theme (it's a surprise now), and is brought to you by the Auction Committee).

Sneak Peak at just a few of Last Year's auction items:
  
2 pair sterling silver earrings from Mexico.  Value: $20 each.  Minimum bid: $5 each.

Bethany Beach in Off-Season. The house has views from 3 levels. Sleeps 6-8, all amenities, working fireplace for chilly weekends. 2 kayaks, and beach bikes for your use. Mininum bid $150.

Seascooter. The Seascooter XL glides along the water at up to 2mph and dives to depths of up to 15 feet. The 12V battery gives you up to an hour of running time. Never used. $200 value. $50 minimum bid.

This is a major fund-raising and social event for Channingites, and will be even bigger and better than last year with YOUR help!
