Unitarian Universalist Association

"The Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) represents the interests of more than one thousand Unitarian Universalist congregations, on a continental scale. The UUA grew out of the consolidation, in 1961, of two religious denominations: the Universalists, organized in 1793, and the Unitarians, organized in 1825." (Quoted from the UUA "About Us" webpage)

UU Legislative Ministry of Maryland

"The Unitarian Universalist Legislative Ministry of Maryland (UULM-MD) envisions a Maryland free of oppression and injustice, where all are guaranteed their human rights. We address this vision by alerting, educating, activating, and facilitating our state-wide UU base to address several human rights issues before the Maryland General Assembly each year."(Quoted from the UULM-MD web site)
