Join us as all\u00a0soles<\/span>, for all souls, this summer\u00a0as we walk around Lake Kitt, a flat\u00a01.4 mile paved loop (weather permitting, no rain) at a comfortable easy\u00a0pace.\u00a0 Nature will provide us with inspiration with a\u00a0question or quote of the day.\u00a0 Discuss this, bring forth a question bubbling in your own soul, or\u00a0simply enjoy the walk.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n For now, we\u2019ll try for once a month this summer\u00a0at various times to reach a variety of friends with different schedules. \u00a0Check the newsletter for this month\u2019s\u00a0date and alternate date, and text\u00a0Julie F’s cell at 901-216-5995 if you have same-day questions about cancellations. \u00a0Don\u2019t forget your water, sunscreen, hat, etc.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n Meet next to Whole Foods at the Bailey Park sign at the Lakefront in Columbia. \u00a0If you\u2019re running late, just catch up to us. \u00a0We\u2019ll do the loop clockwise. \u00a0<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n Getting deep? \u00a0Grab a drink or a bite at Whole Foods at the end of the loop\u00a0and keep it going on\u00a0the outdoor tables\u00a0for as long as you like.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n Participants with mobility disabilities: The content and questions will be delivered at the start of the walk, with a closing reflection time at the end of the walk. The path is ADA accessible. People will be able to walk or roll at their own pace, stopping at benches as necessary, although we will as a principle make sure everyone has a partner at all times.
