May’s Exploration of Spiritual Practices
Everyday Spiritual Practices
May 25th–after the worship service
Spiritual practice doesn’t always happen in silence or solitude. Sometimes, it shows up in the rhythms of our day. In a breath before speaking, a pause at the kitchen sink, and moments of gratitude before sleep.
Join Kris in the classroom in the Fellowship Hall for a Sunday’s After exploration of ways we can weave spiritual awareness into our daily lives. Whether through routine acts, mindful habits, or personal rituals, these practices can help connect us to something greater.
Together, we’ll reflect on ways to shape our days with presence and purpose and nurture our relationship with the sacred within and beyond us. Even the simplest gestures can become doorways to deeper living.
