“Learning to Be Brave” with Guest Minister Rev. Alexa Fraser

Rt. Rev. Bishop Mariann Budde taught us all about courage at her inaugural worship service on Jan 20. Let us study that moment and even more important how she learned to be brave.

Rev. Alexa Fraser is an ordained Unitarian Universalist minister, a certified interim minister, a trained mediator, and a concerned citizen of Maryland. She is a trained and certified Grief Recovery Specialist. She is expert in distance worship, rituals and programming (e.g., Zoom). She is on the Steering Committee of the Montgomery County Lynching Memorial Project (MoCoLMP). This group works with the Equal Justice Initiative to commemorate the victims of lynching in the county. She has also spent 10 years trying to get Medical Aid in Dying (MAID) passed in Maryland.
