I invite you to a discussion about a book that had a deep impact on me. Join me in reflecting upon The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. Based on Toltec wisdom, Ruiz invites us to commit ourselves to concrete practices that help guide us towards a life of greater freedom, peace, and authenticity. Ruiz invites us into four agreements: being impeccable with our words, not taking anything personally, not making assumptions, and always doing our best. Through reflecting on quotes and themes discussed in this book, we will explore our relationships with ourselves and with others. I look forward to a deep and enriching discussion.
