“Minnesota Country Church Cook-Off”
2026 Channing Memorial Church Auction
You’re invited to join in a weekend of fundraising revelry with, and for, Channing Memorial Church!
Channing’s 2026 live auction (with dinner & entertaining fun) is scheduled at Epiphany Lutheran Church for 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 14th. The auction, as a whole– including the online silent auction and fixed price sign-ups— will extend from Friday, November 13th to Sunday, November 15th.
The live auction’s dinner will feature a “Minnesota hotdish” (known outside of Minnesota as a “casserole”) cook-off. A sign up for the cook-off will be published soon. In the meantime, think about whether you’d like to cook up an entry! NEW!! ***Here is the link to enter YOUR hotdish in the contest.*** (Prizes will be awarded for first place in the meat-based and vegetarian categories.)
Please note: A sign-up to contribute desserts will be available, along with other volunteer opportunities, on a separate SignUp Genius coming out soon. There will, however, be no contest associated with dessert. The cook-off is for hotdishes, only.
