Stay one, stay all for the One Day Sewing and Crafting Retreat! Our beloved peaceful day of crafting together will not be thwarted by the pandemic. Coronavirus cannot keep us spiritually apart or our still our crafting hands. On Friday, June 5, you can join a day-long Zoom meeting and sew, paint, knit, crochet, draw, whatever, together through the magic of the internet. Cost is you-pick sliding scale up to $35 – payment to Channing by check or PayPal. There are 5 slots available – first e-mailed, first included.
How will it work? On the evening of Thursday, June 4, I will deliver to your doorstep a basket with all the foods that would have been served in person at the retreat. You store it in your fridge overnight. On Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., we will have a Zoom marathon and share what we are working on, chat, eat, and peacefully work on our projects, just as we would in person. You are also free to join and leave as many times as you want that day.
One huge benefit? You won’t have to pack and transport any of your crafting materials to a meeting space!
