Mindfulness calls us to be fully present, attending to each task with care and attention. It is not about perfect meditation, which is unattainable to nearly all. It is about bringing the awareness we cultivate into our daily lives. Guided by the wisdom of venerable Buddhist teachers and their koans, we learn to see the sacred in the ordinary and respond to life with clarity and compassion.
