Online Worship: “From Roots to Buds” with Rev. Jane

Dear Channing members and friends,

I look forward to worshiping together Sunday morning! Worship begins tomorrow morning at 10am in our Zoom room.

“From Roots to Buds” with Rev. Jane

As we celebrate Stewardship Sunday, we reflect on our faith and examine what we each commit ourselves to. In solidifying our commitments, we will explore history and theology – our Unitarian and Universalist roots of radical love, inherent goodness, free will, a benevolent God and universal salvation.  We will explore our Seven Principles – the way we covenant to be in the world, joined together in shared values, not common beliefs.  We explore our church – our mission to invite, connect, and ignite.  As we plan for and envision the buds of our future together, we delve deep into our history and roots, exploring the bonds that strengthen our faith.

“Sundays After” Session

After service this Sunday we will have an additional small group breakout room. Together with Rev. Jane, we have the opportunity to explore the day’s worship service and discuss any thoughts or emotions it may have elicited.
