In many ways, we are enculturated into practices of ingratitude that only serve to our detriment.  This week, we move beyond expressing gratitude and focus on embodying grateful living. How can we re-learn how to engage with our surroundings in a way that is life-giving, fulfilling, and spiritually nourishing?

Life can be arduous as we each experience difficulties that span the months and years.  This Sunday, we ask whether we could introduce healing through a practice of gratitude. How can appreciation become a way of life, as we search for the good both within and around us?

We carry the ancestors with us in our bones and in our blood as we work to embody their many legacies. Each of us are shaped and molded by all of those who came before us in our expansive lineage.
